Hi, I'm Mia Clusener, owner of MC Clear Assurance Bookkeeping, based here in Yachats. I help small business owners stay on top of their finances with monthly bookkeeping services, and offer cleanup and catch-up work for books that have fallen behind. I work with clients locally as well as remotely nationwide, as an invested partner who helps you understand your numbers and make confident decisions in your business.
I’ve spent decades working in both service‑based and product‑driven businesses, so I understand the real‑life challenges behind the numbers. I know what it feels like to juggle clients, inventory, schedules, and the constant pressure of keeping everything running smoothly, all while trying to stay on top of your books.

MCCA Bookkeeping is based in Yachats, Oregon, and I’m proud to support small businesses throughout Lincoln County and the Central Oregon Coast, from Florence to Newport, as well as nationwide. For local clients, I offer in‑person meetings. For clients outside the area, I provide secure, communicative, and streamlined online bookkeeping services that make working together simple and stress‑free.
When I’m not working, you can find me hiking around in our beautiful coastal forests, foraging for delicious wild ingredients, spending time with my family, singing, crocheting, baking, sewing, gardening, or learning something new.
My Background & Approach
Before becoming a bookkeeper, I spent over 15 years honing my skills as an administrative assistant, along with several years as a life and health coach, an Ayurvedic practitioner, and a teacher. Those roles taught me how to build systems that actually hold up under real-life chaos, and how to meet people exactly where they are. I bring that same level of structured support and care into my bookkeeping work.
As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, my goal is to create processes that feel clear, consistent, and genuinely supportive when it comes to your finances.
